Refund and Return Policy

Since crystals are fragile products, we don't offer refund and return for the changing mind of your purchase.

If you receive a crystal that is damaged , please contact us at stonewhisper2021@gmail.com within 3 calendar days of receiving your order.

We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

Please ensure that the crystal is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the purchase receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange accordingly.
